Easter Friday was Museums and Monuments day so there was no entrance fees to the museum.  Some friends and I decided to take advantage of this and visit the museums in Nairobi. We were chasing history on a clock.

First we went to the National Museum for a couple of hours, then went to the Nairobi Gallery.  We did a brief stopover at the National archives (which was charging 50 shillings) but decided because of time to go back at a later date. We then proceeded to the Railway museum (not a part of the museums so we paid 100 bob) and then ended up at Karen Blixen Museum.  Unfortunately by the time we got out the Uhuru Gardens were closed so we did not manage to finish with a monument.
